Now he has become an instant BLONDE ICON in her home country, America. Nothing can describe how shallow she was! Obviously, she’s one of the 1/5th population who can’t locate American map! Miss Teen USA 2007 that was just concluded last Sunday was won by Miss Colorado Hilary Carol Cruz was chosen as Miss Teen USA 2007. Hilary Cruz, who graduated in 2007 from Centaurus High School will go to University of Northern Colorado and aims to be an entertainment journalist.
