The heiress, author, singer, perfume designer and reality-TV star unveiled her namesake clothing line Thursday at Kitson, a trendy boutique known for its celebrity clientele. Clad in a gold sequin mini-dress, Paris Hilton, 26, emerged from a black SUV to a throng of fans who spilled into the street. Police and city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed for pedestrians’ safety. Paris’ fashion collection, which includes dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jeans in lots of metallics, shine and sparkle, ranges between $30 to $130. Hilton follows in similar footsteps of Kate Moss & Victoria Beckham. Hmm to me, you girls out there would be far better off buying stuff from ClubSeventeen or Topshop! Girls you don’t want to want to dress up like a thrash persona! Teenage celebrities that catch my fancy in terms of their clothing are HILLARY DUFF and AMANDA BYNES. DUFF’s style is trendy, bright, and eye-catching, yet still somehow wholesome.
